1. Services We Provide
Dove’s Socials offers a wide range of digital services to help businesses grow online:

  • Social media management & content creation: Crafting strategies, posts, and campaigns tailored to your brand.

  • Branding & identity services: Logos, visual identity, and brand guidelines to make your business stand out.

  • Custom AI assistant packages: AI tools trained for your business to support customers and team members 24/7.

  • Online courses & digital products: Training and guides for social media, branding, and AI implementation.

All services are delivered entirely online. Dove’s Socials is a fully remote, worldwide agency, meaning no physical office visits are required. Communication, approvals, and delivery occur digitally.


2. No Refunds / Non-Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All services, packages, and online courses are non-refundable. Once purchased or accessed, payments cannot be canceled.

  • No Cooling-Off Period: Standard consumer cooling-off periods do not apply because our services are digital and/or customized.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only considered for defective or misrepresented services, or where legally required.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients should carefully review service or course details before purchase to avoid misunderstandings.

This policy applies globally and ensures both parties are clear about commitments before purchase.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients play a vital role in the success of our services. By engaging Dove’s Socials, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, clarifications, or content.

  • Use all services, digital products, and AI assistants lawfully and responsibly.

  • Keep any sensitive or confidential information shared with Dove’s Socials secure.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay delivery or reduce service effectiveness.


4. Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in [USD/ZAR] and may change with notice.

  • Full payment is required before services are delivered unless a prior agreement is in place.

  • Monthly maintenance fees: Billed as agreed for ongoing services or AI assistant support.

  • Taxes: 15% VAT applies to South African clients if registered for VAT. International clients are responsible for any taxes or duties in their country.

Clear payment terms ensure both parties understand obligations and avoid disputes.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Dove’s Socials retains ownership of all materials, designs, AI models, and digital products until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, rights to deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.

  • Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

  • Dove’s Socials reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless requested otherwise.

This protects your content while allowing us to showcase our work responsibly.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of specific results, including social media growth, engagement, or AI performance.

  • Dove’s Socials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, profits, or data.

  • Clients acknowledge results depend on factors outside Dove’s Socials’ control, such as platform algorithms, audience behavior, and market trends.

This section ensures expectations are clear and limits potential legal exposure.


7. Third-Party Links & Integrations

  • Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as social media networks, CRM systems, or AI tools.

  • Dove’s Socials is not responsible for third-party policies, downtime, or interruptions.

  • Clients must comply with any third-party terms when using these integrated services.

This clarifies responsibilities when services rely on external platforms.


8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable, consistent with the No Refund Policy.

  • Dove’s Socials may suspend or terminate services for clients who breach these Terms or fail to provide required information.

Clear termination terms protect both parties and avoid confusion.


9. Changes to Terms

  • Dove’s Socials may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
